Terms and Conditions

  • Shortages or damage must be signed for at the time of delivery or no claims will be accepted.

  • All goods are delivered on a ‘PAYMENT ON DELIVERY’ basis unless otherwise agreed. All Monthly Credit accounts are due for payment on the 14th day of the month following delivery. Failure to pay to agreed terms may result in suspension of supply without notice.

  • Prices Charged do not allow extended credit. Any account outstanding beyond our credit terms of reference will be passed out of hand to a dept collection agency and will be subject to a surcharge of 15% to cover the cost incurred; such accounts will also be subject to any other costs incurred in obtaining settlement.

  • We reserve the right were payments are not made on or before the due date to charge interest on the amount overdue from the due date for the payment to the actual date of payment at a rate of 5% above the NatWest PLC base rate current from the time to time. The Company reserves the right to vary the rate of interest charged without notice.

  • All goods shall remain the propery of The Company until the price has been paid in full and the customer shall remain a bailee only until payment is made.

  • Ownership of the goods shall remain The Company’s until payment in full has been received by The Company. However, the goods shall be at the buyers risk in all respects on delivery.

  • Any cheque returned unpaid will be subject to an ADMINISTRATION CHARGE of £20.00 and any amounts owing will become immediately payable. We reserve the right to the withdraw all credit facilities with The Company.
